ThriftBooks guarantees the quality of every item we ship out; new or used. If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please let us know by using our [Online Returns Center](https://returns.narvar.com/thriftbooks/returns?locale=en_US).  Eligible items may be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.

If a return is required, we’ve made it easy. Our [Online Returns Center](https://returns.narvar.com/thriftbooks/returns?locale=en_US) will walk you through the steps required to return an item for a refund. You will need your Order Number and the email address associated with your ThriftBooks account. For all qualifying returns\*, ThriftBooks will provide you with a pre-paid return label, at no cost to you. Once the returned item has been received at our Returns facility, you will be credited within 48 hours. Refunds typically take 2-5 business days to process (depending on your bank).

Please do not attempt to return an item without using our label.  All returns must be pre-authorized or approved and sent back with a label we've provided.
